About SBFA

The Somali Breeders and Fanciers Association, Inc. is a charitable trust, incorporated in the State of Ohio, and serves the interests of owners, fanciers, and breeders of the Somali cat worldwide.  We work to encourage and promote the quality and ethical breeding of purebred Somali cats and to promote and encourage closer harmony and exchange of information among breeders and owners of Somali cats, maintaining the highest spirit of cooperation and devotion to the principles of good sportsmanship.

Persons interested in the purposes of this association are eligible for membership as set forth in the by-laws.   Dues are just $17.00 for US residents and $22.00 for International.  Memberships are renewable annually, and expire one year from the date received.  To learn more or to become a member, please contact us.

Membership fees help defray the newsletter expense and are also used to help fund our rescue efforts in addition to being used to promote and advance the interests of the Somali breed.
